Our services are designed to bring clarity, structure, and confidence to the next stage of your project.
What We Offer
Our services combine research, design, and practical wisdom to deliver context-fit, sustainable solutions grounded in data, material logic, and real-world constraints.
-
LCA Data Orchestration
We structure, review, and consolidate design models, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical documentation to enable robust life cycle assessments—either in-house or in collaboration with external LCA partners. We work across multiple data formats, including BIM, 3D models, and engineering documentation.
LCA Quality Assurance (QA)
We provide critical review of modeling assumptions, geometric integrity, quantities, and data consistency. This includes identifying and correcting common issues that can distort environmental results, ensuring reliable and decision-ready outputs.
Architectural Takeoffs & Material Quantification
We validate material takeoffs and system quantities based on an understanding of construction logic, assembly sequencing, and system boundaries—supporting both environmental analysis and early cost or specification decisions.
Strategic Sustainability Support & Communication
We analyze results, develop dashboards, and generate clear technical reports that communicate environmental performance to design teams and stakeholders. Our goal is to translate LCA findings into practical design guidance, material strategies, and circular economy opportunities.
-
Develop regenerative design concepts for ADUs, small housing, and mixed-use projects in SoCal and beyond, with a focus on low-carbon architecture and climate adaptation.
Create site and context studies that integrate sun, wind, views, water, soil, and existing ecosystems, aiming to restore and enhance local bioregions rather than just “minimize impact.”
Explore modular and prefabricated layouts using mass timber, hybrid 3DPC systems, and bio-based materials, framed as early feasibility / concept studies.
Use parametric tools to test different grids, spans, and volumes, comparing options based on embodied carbon, material efficiency, and adaptability over time.
Support architects and developers with clear diagrams, massing options, and decision frameworks that align early design moves with regenerative goals and future certification paths.
-
Provide early-stage sustainability and regenerative design consulting across energy, water, materials, and site—with a focus on decarbonization and climate resilience.
Conduct preliminary LEED and green building feasibility reviews, identifying credits and strategies that naturally support regenerative outcomes rather than box-ticking.
Deliver embodied carbon quick scans at concept level, comparing structural and material options (e.g., conventional concrete vs. mass timber vs. hybrid systems) and highlighting carbon hot spots.
Help teams integrate nature-based solutions, passive design strategies, and circular material flows into the concept phase, before decisions are locked in.
Support presentations, pitches, and competitions with clear narratives, diagrams, and maps that explain regenerative, circular, and low-carbon strategies to non-technical audiences.
-
Collaborate with universities, labs, and forward-thinking developers on hybrid 3D-printed earth and timber prototypes, ADU concepts, and small-scale regenerative housing.
Translate academic research on bio-based materials, 3D-printed earth, mass timber, and circular constructioninto design guidelines, diagrams, and prototype studies.
